This past week I was given the opportunity to review Casa Noble Reposado Tequila. You all know me – I never seem to be able to leave something ‘as is’. So, a quick post in honor of the Yom Tov of Rosh Hashanah. This is my first attempt ever to make a cocktail. Add only a touch of salt if you find it too sweet – I tried it both with and without and I preferred it without.
Rosh Hashana Sweet-tart
2oz Pom Cherry Juice
1.5 oz apple juice
1 to 1.5 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
Salt for the rim if desired.
Mix all ingredients together except salt. Best served with room temperature tequila and chilled juices.
